Question I recently got back into the game having not played since like 2008, I made an account and have been loving it. But I've read things about runelite and it being shutdown? Is there a difference between it and osrs? Also what's the difference between runescape classic and osrs?

Moreover, runelite is basically an actual client with plugins you can install directly into the game leading to much better QOL features such as the quest helper and clue solver. For those of you using official client, why? There's no downtime for features after updates.

Equally important, runelite reverts to vanilla java everytime which is just unplayable at this point in time. Cox scouting thing is nice. Main reason is idealistic.

I'm aware runelite offers far more, is the client and would make a ton of stuff a lot easier for me. But in general osrs needs a decent flow of new players. increase fps in runelite client?

Ok I bought a super cheap laptop to play on, fps is trash. Is there anyway in the runelite client to increase fps. Or if there is anything I can do to my laptop to increase instead?
