I don't see the CTS-103 sold separately but feature wise it's likely a $50 item. Red dot is more user friendly than conventional sights, especially for new users. From my newby perspective, the biggest downside is the inconvenient adjustability for 50 ft vs 100 yds. Another key aspect involves, i don't exactly have an 'intended use' . Who makes a laser for the smaller G43X MOS with Rail?.
Crimson Trace laser guard wouldn’t even need the rail, but it takes up the same space and I’ve been very happy with how those work. Moreover, i don’t like something huge and bulky there but maybe that’s what you want. The laser guard for the 43 will work on the 43X. Best Laser for my G19...
