The subject of d2l msu encompasses a wide range of important elements. Does d2l show profs when you switch tabs? Even in my class of 34 I wouldn’t take the time to compare the time stamps of 34 quizzes with their D2L activity. Now if your instructor is using lockdown or some other third party app I would guess you are SOL. TL:DR afaik course admins can see everything you do on D2L with time stamps, but not outside D2L without third party software. Similarly, d2L course : r/msu - Reddit.
I have been accepted to MSU for computer science for this upcoming fall .just wanted to ask if it's recommended to enroll in the D2L program for my course. Can they actually do this? Or is this just a scare tactic?
It does seem a bit draconian, and perhaps a privacy issue (if D2L actually provides that information, I do not know). In this context, on the other hand, what do you have to lose by following the instructions? Just take the exam as instructed without opening other windows.
